Over the years I have collected many letters of thanks and appreciation from my customers, all of which I am most grateful for. They are, I'm afraid, too numerous to reproduce here, but I have included a select few as an example of the good relationship that has been developed between my customers and myself. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the service you provided for our wedding. The whole thing was fantastic. The food was absolutely gorgeous and yourself and all your lovely staff worked so hard especially seeing as it was such a hot day, working in a kitchen in those temperatures cannot be much fun. So many of our guests commented on the food saying how wonderful it was and have asked who our caterers were so we gave them you r name and number and we will be recommending you to anyone who is looking for caterers.
