I began my training at Westminster College followed by a year in Geneva, Switzerland.  A short time as trainee manager with Truman's was followed by two years locally as a pub manager.

The next four years were spent as a general manager of a small group of restaurants in the City of London. This experience coupled with a desire to work nearer to home convinced me to start up on my own.

  I started this business in October 1975 and have traded continuously since then.  I trade from purpose built premises in Cliff's End which are fully compliant and certificated by the local authority, and are regularly inspected.
